As you see, I took quite a break from posting. Meanwhile, I learned the skills for Tengu and assorted modules.
I built a generic PvE Tengu. Only feedback I got this far, that I might as well use just Invulnerability Fields as Tengu tanks with speed. Anyway, Here's my setup:
